Uploading Entries

The steps to be taken in uploading your entry is are given below:

• You need to register by filling out the form.
• Once you have registered, your login ID and password are emailed to the email ID provided during registration. To ensure that the password is not lost, please make sure that the email ID provided is correct.
• Once you retrieve your login and password from your email account, you can login using the same. You have the option to change your password if required.
• Once logged in, you will be taken to the upload entry form. You must select the user category you belong to. In case you are not working for an agency, the agency information, (address phone etc) will become non-mandatory.
• You can write a brief description and upload your entry in any of the below given formats:

  Posters/Outdoor Media	jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf, zip
  Campaign Ideas	jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf, zip, cdr
  Photography	jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf, zip
  Slogans/Lyrics/Songs	doc, txt, zip
  Storyboards of TVCs,Films, Animation Films	ppf, mpeg, mov, swf, avi, flv, rm, ppt, zip, cdr
  Innovative Merchandise materials	pdf, zip,eps

  
  
• It is mandatory to submit an open file that will remain editable/customizable to users, post announcement of the Awards in Cdr, Word or a similar format mentioned therein.
• In case your creative is not in any of the above formats, you can zip the file and upload the same.
• After logging in, you will also be able to view any of the entries you have put up in the past. You have the option to upload new entries. However, you cannot edit entries already uploaded.

Contest Results

• The Jury will review the entries and the final results will be out in the last week of June.
• All short listed entries will be available online after the date, for the registered users to view.
• Users can login and view uploaded entries after the above-mentioned date.

Please Note: You will be able to register and view entries even if you have not uploaded an entry.

Using Entries uploaded on the Website

Users have the option to use uploaded entries for their purposes. Please read our privacy policy before using the artwork.

The entries will become modifiable only after the winning entries have been announced.

The Process

• Log in
• Click on View Entry
• Click on the entry you wish to download or modify
• A pop up window will appear which says Accept Terms and Conditions. Enter fields mentioned therein and click Submit.
• Click on the download link yet again and download the artwork
• You can modify this to suit your requirements in promoting the campaign. In case it is modified, the modified version should be emailed to creative.excellence@populationfirst.org for approval. Once approved, you can use the artwork as required.
• It is mandatory for the user to acknowledge and feature the name of the original author of the creative, in the modified versions.
• There are no charges to be paid for using the same.
